One of my favorite tutus to make are Halloween costumes. On an afternoon trip to Michaels Craft store one afternoon, I came across these cute animal ear and tail sets. The best part about these tutu costumes is that they make the sounds of the animal when you bush a button.
Elephant tutu features yards and yards of grey tulle on an elastic waist band. Set includes elephant tail and head band that makes elephant sounds when you squeeze the ear. Tail is tied on to tutu with white satin ribbon for easy removal.
Tiger tutu features yards and yards of golden yellow and black tulle on an elastic waist band. Set includes tiger tail and head band that makes tiger sounds when you squeeze the ear. Tail is tied on to tutu with yellow satin ribbon for easy removal.
