Tiffany Brooks Designs reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective as soon as they are posted. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions occasionally for modifications or before placing new orders.
All services offered to you through Tiffany Brooks Designs depend on your acceptance of these terms, conditions, and notices in their entirety. Placing your custom order indicates your agreement to the terms, conditions, and notices below.
CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST & ESTIMATES
Custom orders are always welcome. Already knowing information such as your measurements, pattern, fabric, and color will generate a faster estimate. Submitting a custom order request does not confirm your request will be accepted.
Your estimate will include all detailed information needed to make your decision. Your estimates will only be valid for three business days after which it will expire and you will need to re-submit your custom order request. Once you have accepted your estimate, you will receive an invoice for full payment from PayPal. Failure to pay your invoice upon receipt, will cancel your request. By paying your invoice you agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
We do not recommend customers taking their own measurements as this may not be accurate. If you are out of our service area you may submit measurements taken by a professional tailor in your estimate inquiry. Tiffany Brooks Designs is not responsible for the size ordered or the measurements taken if you take your own measurements. It is required to get measured wearing the exact undergarments and shoes you will be wearing the day of your event. When using patterns, sizing will vary from pattern to pattern or company to company. Please review our measurement guide for assistance. It is easier for a tailor to take in than it is to let it out. Please keep in mind that even with custom orders you may still have to alter your garment after receiving for a perfect fit.
STYLES & PATTERNS
Let us do the searching for you! Simply submit a photo of the garment style you are interested in. We will go through all available patterns to find the best possible matches. All matches will be sent to you via e-mail for approval. If you’d like to browse patterns for yourself be sure to include the pattern company and pattern number in your estimate inquiry after browsing.
Tiffany Brooks Designs garments are made from your choice of fabric. Estimates will vary depending on fabric choices. Some fabrics will start at approximately $5.00 a yard up to anywhere over $20.00. Fabric can also be pricier for designer, specialty, beading, and sequin. Always keep in mind not all fabrics are flawless. Be sure to look at description and pictures carefully. Depending on your monitor color settings, colors may vary from screen to screen. All fabric needed for your order must be purchased at the same time. Dye lots on fabric can change with every bolt resulting in different shades of similar fabrics previously ordered.
We recommend that large orders be placed at least four- six months before your wedding or event date to ensure fabric availability and alterations. Rush charges of 25% apply to all orders placed less than 4 weeks before the event or needed date. Receiving an estimate confirms your order will be completed in time for your date. Remember when ordering to allow time for shipping and any alterations that you may need when you receive your order. Not being available for a scheduled fitting (local customers only) will cause a delay in order completion and you will incur extra fitting fee charges.
Full payment is required for order processing.
PayPal is our preferred payment processor due to their security and ease of use. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud. US currency only.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping will be included in all estimates. Our primary shipping provider is USPS®. At times we will use FedEx® *A $20 forwarding fee will be charged for all returned or rerouted packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Once the forwarding fee and any additional postage is paid we will reroute your order to you.
Some countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Tiffany Brooks Designs does not cover these costs. Please do not ask us to falsify any information on the customs forms.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
We do not accept cancellations or returns on custom orders for any reason. All sales are final. In the event you do cancel a custom order, all deposits and payments paid will be non-refundable. No exceptions.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
All garments will need to be pressed after shipping. Each garment will be carefully wrapped and folded in the best way possible prior to shipping.
