Custom orders will be shipped USPS® or FedEx®. International custom orders will be shipped with the best option available at the time of your order. US orders will be fully insured at the time of shipping for the value of your custom order. Handling fees are added in to your shipping charge.
Some countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Tiffany Brooks Designs does not cover these costs. Please do not ask us to falsify any information on the customs forms.
Please note shipping times will vary depending on carrier and method used. Priority shipping is an estimation of 3 – 5 days for delivery. This is not a guaranteed delivery time. If you are in need of guaranteed delivery you will need to add expedited shipping to your custom order. At times the weather will cause a delay in getting your packages.
*A $20 forwarding fee will be charged for all returned or rerouted packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Once the forwarding fee and any additional postage needed to reroute or forward your order is paid in full your order will be rerouted to you.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
I am not responsible for packages once they leave Tiffany Brooks Designs. At times, the USPS does not scan labels or the tracking system is inaccurate and not updated as it should be resulting in a problem tracking your shipment. In the event this should happen, you will need to contact the USPS for assistance with your delivery and tracking. In the event your package is damaged in transit, you will need to contact me so I can file the appropriate claim with the shipping carrier used. If you did not purchase insurance for any reason, I will be unable to assist you with filing a claim.
